How can I fund my trading account? 

Before you can place trade orders, your account needs to have a sufficient available balance. 

If you want to place buy orders for Bitcoin, you will first need to deposit local currency into your XBit Asia account, if you want to place sell orders, you will first need to deposit bitcoin into your XBit Asia account. 

Depositing local currency 

To deposit local currency,  please do a IBG or Instant online transfer to our account.

Bank payments may take up to two business days to be reflected. If your payment hasn't been credited after two business days, please contact customer support.

We cannot accept cash or cheque deposits. Refunds for cash or cheque deposits will incur a processing fee and will only be processed after the deposit has cleared which can take up to 7 days depending on the bank.

Depositing Bitcoin

To deposit bitcoin, log in to your XBit Asia account, click on your BTC Wallet and select Deposit and deposit your Bitcoins to the wallet address shown.
